There’s no good ethnic food in Paso Robles…Right?
Wrong! Nestled amongst wineries, fast-food options, rib joints and high-brow small plates, are a few cultural gems that will satisfy the cultural wanderer within.
Making #2 on the list is Thai Classic, a quaint, family run restaurant in the heart of downtown Paso. This no-frills eatery pipes out some seriously good Thai flavor. The Garlic + Chili Fish (above) had amazing flavor and succulence.
The Rad Na Noodle (above) gravy was perfectly seasoned and the thickness was just right. I could have used some bread or…dammit…even my finger to scrape the bowl completely clean.
Being a triple-threat, Thai Classic showcases great food and authentic charm at very reasonable prices.
